Central Park

Central Park Logo

In the heart of The Energy Corridor, Central Park is the ideal location for land buyers looking for unparalleled access, visibility and proximity to green space near Houston’s largest employers.

Two quality parcels remain in this development. Envisioned uses include high-end office, multi-family, hospitality, retail and healthcare.

Overview

The largest remaining parcel of land available for development in The Energy Corridor, Wolff Companies’ Central Park is a master-planned environment located on the north side of Interstate 10 between North Eldridge Parkway and State Highway 6. With excellent visibility and access from I-10, Central Park is already home to premier institutions, such as MD Anderson Cancer Center. Bordered by permanent greenspace on two sides, Central Park offers a matchless environment in the economic heart of Houston.

In developing the project, Wolff Companies continues its legacy of respecting and enhancing a property’s natural environment.

  • Protective covenants to ensure standards around signage, landscaping, parking and building materials.
  • Adding to the appeal of the property, Central Park is adjacent to Terry Hershey Park and Addicks Reservoir, ensuring 50% of the development will always be bordered by permanent green space.

Quality land acquisition, thoughtful planning and high standards assure that Central Park, like all Wolff Companies communities, will not only maintain, but increase, over time.

Key Tenants

Central Park’s superior accessibility and location make it an idea corporate headquarters site for the growing Houston market, as well as other commercial uses. Current tenants include:

Vista at Park Row, a 342-unit luxury apartment building developed by The Worthing Companies, opened in October of 2015. The development is accessible directly from Interstate 10, Park Row and the Interstate 10 Managed Toll Lanes.
